Satnam has been with Boparan Restaurant Group for more than five years, first as MD and more recently as CEO, where he has led the group's expansion into news formats, such as the in-house Restaurant Hub in Sainsbury's. With a background in supermarket retail, he previously spent 21 years at Morrison's.
