As Managing Director for PizzaExpress Zoe lead operations across all customer channels (restaurants, delivery and retail), as well leading the Productivity & Change, Property and International & Franchise teams. She has been a member of the PizzaExpress management team since 2011, and the Main Board since 2020, joining from Weightwatchers. Prior to that she worked for 10 years in senior roles across Whitbread. In addition to her role Zoe is on the advisory board of WiHTL, the collaboration community devoted to increasing diversity and inclusion across Hospitality, Travel and Leisure and on the council committee for UKH. Outside of work Zoe is passionate about travel, food and paddle boarding with her two girls!
