Conor is a restaurateur turned tech entrepreneur and the founder of Nory - the intelligent AI powered co-pilot for the hospitality industry.

Three years before starting Nory in 2020, Conor co-founded Mad Egg and made it into one of the fastest growing restaurant groups in Ireland. Being new to the restaurant game, he felt the acute pain of using multiple softwares across multi-chain restaurants and the significant drain on resources that this created. This experience inspired Conor to build the operating system he wished he’d had from day one to improve productivity, profitability and prevent waste in the hospitality sector.

Nory currently works with a variety of global brands across the European and UK hospitality sector, including Jamie Oliver Group, Viva Italia Group and Wenzel’s The Bakers.
