An experienced Creative Director who has worked with global brands including Adidas, Dr. Martens, Reebok, The North Face, Under Armour, Samsung, F1, Ford, Land Rover and Eastpak.

With a background in both above-the-line and through-the-line creative, Paul has an intrinsic knowledge and passion for creating powerful, compelling and hard-working solutions for some of the world's biggest brands.

Now, Creative Director and Co-Founder of syn, Paul has helped build a holistic creative agency that has grown from 3 people around a borrowed table, to 34 people in a beautiful old mill in Leeds. All in the space of only 4.5 years.

Before syn, Paul was the Creative Lead on the Adidas Originals, Skate and Core global retail accounts and European statement account. This role helped cement a solid grounding in consumer engagement and activation in physical spaces, something Paul has continued to drive with more recent work with Dr. Martens globally.
